Playing at PAA was an awesome experience! 

Performing with Alexander O’Neal at PAA in Yarm was an incredible experience that blended intimacy with pure energy. At first I didn’t realize this was located inside of a school. The venue had a close-knit feel, which made every note and groove feel personal, as if we were playing directly to each member of the audience. From the first song, the crowd was fully engaged — clapping, singing, and swaying with the music as Alex’s voice filled the room with soul and power. Playing alongside him in such an atmosphere was inspiring, and the energy between the stage and the audience created a rhythm that carried the whole night.

What made the performance truly memorable was the warmth of the connection in Yarm. The venue’s size allowed for a unique closeness, where the joy and excitement of the crowd felt magnified, and their response gave the music even more life. Sharing the stage with Alex in that setting reminded me of the beauty of live music — how it can turn a room into a celebration and bring people together in the moment. It was one of those nights where the music, the people, and the place all came together perfectly. It took a few, but they finally got up out their seats to dance leaving us with memories we’ll never forget.
